-Responsible for entering sales and purchase invoices, Credit Notes (CN), and submitting e-invoices and Self-Billed e-Invoice) through the accounting software.

-Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and company transactions, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies or related issues.

-Prepare and arrange payment vouchers, and process online payments and employee expense claims.

-Monitor and manage rental and utility bills.

-Manage fixed assets and update the Fixed Asset Schedule (FA Schedule).

-Update the Excel bank book daily and perform monthly bank reconciliation.

-Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable (AP),Account receivable,Aging Reports, including the Sales Tax Payment Report.

-Update the General Ledger (GL) expense analysis to ensure that deposits and Accounts Payable expenses are correctly recorded.

-Prepare and submit Withholding Tax.

-Prepare and record relevant cash journal entries, including expense classification, bank charges, cash withdrawals, and inter-company transactions.

-Assist with audit and tax-related work.

Organize and maintain financial documents and records to ensure they are properly filed and easily accessible for future reference and auditing.

-Complete other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
