Job Summary

The Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, and supporting daily marketing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing operations, brand promotion, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Support

  • Assist in managing company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Create and schedule posts, stories, and promotional content.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to basic customer inquiries.

Content Creation

  • Assist in developing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and digital content.
  • Support photo and video content creation for marketing campaigns.
  • Help draft captions, blog posts, or promotional messages.

Market Research

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Compile research findings into reports or presentations.

Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Help coordinate marketing activities with the sales team.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain marketing files, databases, and records.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

Internship Duration

  • Minimum 3–6 months internship period.

Allowance

  • Internship allowance will be provided according to company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Internship

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
