About the Role

Ayliarich Express Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin QC to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and monitoring system data, verifying parcel information, updating records and identifying any discrepancies.

This role requires someone who is computer literate, attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and verify parcel details and information in the system.
• Ensure parcel data and records are accurate and complete.
• Monitor system records and identify any discrepancies or errors.
• Follow up on parcel and system-related issues with the Operations and Dispatch teams.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Ensure daily QC and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Logistics or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in QC or Logistics Operations is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.
• Familiar with J&T systems is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to system-based tasks and daily operational procedures.
