Job Description

• Support the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer administration
• Build strong HR operations skills by maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, databases, and documentation
• Develop your people skills by coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences that make every employee feel welcomed
• Gain hands-on experience handling day-to-day HR enquiries from staff with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help
• Support payroll processing, leave administration, and attendance tracking — sharpening your accuracy and attention to detail daily
• Develop your event coordination skills by helping organise employee engagement activities and internal events that strengthen workplace culture
• Gain meaningful exposure to HR compliance, MOM regulations, and employment best practices that are essential for any HR career
• Build a solid HR foundation in a supportive environment with real responsibilities, hands-on experience, and structured mentorship

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
