Job Description:
Conduct eye tests and scans using various ophthalmic equipment to support doctors in patient assessment.
Perform specialised eye examinations, including cornea, vision, and pre-surgery assessments.
Ensure patients are safe and comfortable throughout their eye examinations.
Assist with department projects, quality improvement activities, and eye screening programmes.
Support daily clinic operations and carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum local Nitec/ Higher Nitec / Diploma qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
Detail-oriented and comfortable operating clinical equipment.
Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
