• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly.
• Confidence in approaching prospective customers, presenting proposals, and negotiating.
• Ability to understand customer priorities and handle objections professionally.
• Good organisation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage several opportunities at once.
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking responsibility for sales targets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience using a CRM is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn our products, services, and market.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who enjoys meeting customers, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You will grow new business and develop existing accounts, managing each opportunity from the first conversation through to the sale.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on incoming enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Deliver presentations, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact to closing, with timely and consistent follow-up.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and a positive customer experience.
