Working location: Buona Vista
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9.00 am - 5.45 pm
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct inventory stock take and ensure proper documentation
Assist in the preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits
Maintain supplier and customer master data records
Support daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prepare telegraphic transfer (TT) remittances via GCMS banking system
Handle invoicing and Letter of Credit (LC) checking
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, etc.)
Assist in cash flow monitoring and preparation of cash flow projections
Support month-end closing activities
Reconcile monetary accounts
Prepare and submit data for government agency surveys (e.g., Singstat, EDB)
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
