EXECUTIVE, PARTNER SALES (UP TO $4,900 BASIC - COMMISSIONS - PERMANENT - EAST)

Salary: Up to $4,900 / month (Commensurate with experience) + Attractive Commissions!
️ Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Variable Bonus
️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm)
Location: East Singapore (Changi South area)
Job Scope:
️ Source, acquire, and onboard new drivers through leads, walk-ins, and outreach
️ Pitch leasing packages, explain rental terms, and close sales to meet monthly KPIs
️ Guide drivers through documentation, account setup, and vehicle collection
️ Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handovers and post-sales support
Requirements:
️ Diploma or equivalent qualification
️ Minimum 2 years of sales experience
️ Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A Driving License
️ Comfortable engaging frontline drivers with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
️ Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
