Ensure M&E system are functioning in good condition as follows :

-Air condition sufficiently cool (22-24 degrees celcius)rhvac

-Electrical switch of tripping

-plumbing & piping

ey Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all mechanical and electrical systems, including switchboards, DBs and tenants’ sub-kWh meters, power usage and cable connections to ensure all systems are in good operating conditions at all times.
• Perform daily checks on LV1 & LV2 systems as wel. Ensure there is no overloading on main switch; and that in-coming voltage in within normal limits.
• Check and maintain all common area and parking area lighting to ensure proper working condition. Repair or replace lights or bulbs indoor or outdoor when needed (including street lights).
• Maintain and execute scheduled ,Quick
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical fault circuit/system and provide recommendation to minimize re-occurrence or long term solution.
• Monitor tenant fit-out works and supervise tenant occupation, ensuring compliance with building operations.

Job Competence Profile:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, SKM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• AO or A1 certificate holder. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related fields.
