Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Business Development Manager, People Solutions di Lockton - Maukerja

This role is a great opportunity to drive growth and make meaningful impact within Lockton’s People Solutions business, combining business development with dvisory work. You will take ownership of acquiring new clients while partnering with organisations to design competitive, meaningful solutions, supported by insights on insurance products and market trends.

Your Role:

• Drive new business through your own network, creative prospecting, referrals, tenders, and digital platforms
• Build lasting client relationships by understanding their people strategy and tailoring impactful benefits solutions.
• Manage and maintain market relationships at both operational and strategic level.
• Design and deliver innovative employee benefits programmes, from traditional plans to flex offerings.
• Stay up to date with insurance market trends and evolving products, and proactively share relevant insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as an advisor, using benchmarking insights and market intelligence to guide client decisions
• Ensure all aspects of activities are conducted in a professional and compliant manner in line with Lockton’s code of conduct and regulatory compliant.
• Elevate the Lockton brand experience through exceptional client service and delivery
• Actively identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell across Lockton’s capabilities

We are looking for someone who combines commercial instinct with technical credibility:

• Degree-qualified with relevant insurance certifications (e.g. M5/M9, CGI, HI or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of Employee Benefits / insurance broking business development experience
• Proven track record of consistent revenue growth and client acquisition
