SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to assist in supervising and coordinating daily construction activities involving structural, architectural, and interior fit-out works.

The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager / Site Manager and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience who are interested in developing their career in construction and interior fit-out.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Site Manager / Project Manager in supervising daily site activities.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Assist in supervising structural works such as reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, and plastering.
• Assist in supervising interior fit-out works including partition, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, doors, and other finishing works.
• Check workmanship, dimensions, levels, alignment, and finishing quality.
• Assist in coordinating architectural, structural, interior design, and M&E works on site.
• Assist in checking materials delivered to site against approved specifications and samples.
• Identify and report site issues, defects, delays, and discrepancies to the Site Manager / Project Manager.
• Assist in coordinating workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Assist with daily site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and site documentation.
• Assist in monitoring site progress against the project schedule.
• Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
• Assist with defect inspection and rectification works.
• Read and understand construction, structural, architectural, ID, and M&E drawings.
• Carry out other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager / Site Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction and interior fit-out works.
• Able to read and understand basic construction drawings.
• Willing to learn and develop skills in site supervision and project coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with workers and subcontractors.
• Responsible, proactive, hardworking, and willing to work on-site.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
