Job Overview
Klinik Pergigian Azman is looking for a versatile, energetic Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) cum Admin & Marketing Personnel to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical assisting while managing clinic administration and driving clinic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Chairside (DSA Duties)

• Chairside assistance to dentists during clinical procedures.
• Sterilization, preparation, and maintenance of dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
• Managing patient reception, registration, and appointment scheduling.

Admin & Marketing

• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Planning and managing social media content and clinic marketing promotions to engage patients.
• Assisting with front-desk patient inquiries and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Age: 18 and above.
• Experience: Open to all applicants; prior experience as a DSA or in admin/marketing is an added advantage.
• Work Schedule: Must be able to work on Saturdays.
• Key Traits: Fast learner, hardworking, strong team player, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Accommodation: Hostel/accommodation is not provided.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
• Saturday: 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
