Job Summary

Manage end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and foreign manpower administration to support organizational effectiveness and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes to attract and select qualified candidates aligned with company needs
• Administer employee lifecycle activities including performance management, discipline, and grievance resolution to maintain a positive work environment
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees by addressing concerns and resolving grievances promptly
• Operate payroll and time attendance systems accurately to ensure timely employee compensation
• Handle foreign manpower administration including Work Pass applications, cancellations, and renewals to comply with immigration regulations
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory bodies by timely submissions and audits
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to support consistent HR practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications to support HR administrative tasks
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions efficiently
• Effective interpersonal skills to engage with employees and management constructively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices to ensure legal compliance and effective HR management
