Job Overview
We are looking for an Interior Design Consultant to support residential interior design and home renovation projects. The role involves understanding clients' requirements, developing suitable design concepts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth project experience from initial consultation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, space requirements, preferences, and renovation needs.
• Provide practical interior design ideas and recommendations based on the client's requirements.
• Prepare basic space planning, design concepts, layouts, and material suggestions.
• Present design proposals and explain furniture, finishes, fixtures, and carpentry options to clients.
• Coordinate with designers, project coordinators, and carpentry teams throughout the project.
• Follow up on project details, design revisions, quotations, and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits when required to understand existing site conditions and project requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design and renovation process.
• Keep track of project updates and ensure agreed design details are communicated to the relevant teams.
• Support the team in improving design solutions and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in interior design, renovation, carpentry, or home improvement will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of residential space planning, materials, finishes, and basic renovation requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sense of design, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Able to understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
• Comfortable coordinating with different teams and managing multiple project requirements.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience and fresh graduates with suitable design backgrounds are welcome to apply.
