Role Description The Marketing Executive – International Markets is responsible to plan, execute and track marketing campaigns across T1 markets that build consumer awareness, capture consumer leads, drive trade participation through incentive programs and deliver influencer and KOL content — on time, on brief and within budget.
Key tasks
1. Campaign Execution & Delivery
- a. Coordinate the end-to-end rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade and event channels in assigned T1 markets
- Prepare clear, complete briefs for the Creative team and submit them through the Traffic Coordinator in ClickUp
- Track all tasks in ClickUp and deliver at least 90% within deadline
- Review all assets against brand guidelines and each market's regulatory requirements before release
- Manage vendor and campaign payments, and prepare budget reports of actual spend against approved budget
2. Consumer Awareness & Lead Generation
- Work with the Digital and Community teams on the campaign calendar to achieve online impressions targets by market
- Run consumer rewards programs (e.g. scan-to-reward campaigns), including mechanic set-up, lead capture and reward fulfilment
- Manage contest and giveaway fulfilment from entry to delivery
- Brief the copywriting team on campaign copy and draft first-pass market copy where needed
- Manage content scheduling and publishing on assigned social media platforms
3. Trade Incentive Programs
- Run promoter and retail staff reward programs, covering recruitment, onboarding, activity tracking and reward fulfilment
- Work with distributors and sales teams to grow active participation (active promoters vs total signed-up)
- Support in-market POS deployment and bundle campaigns as briefed
4. Influencer & KOL Management
- Identify, engage and onboard talent that fits the brand and each market's requirements
- Manage talent content delivery, quality and approval before posting
- Manage talent contracts, payments and logistics (timely delivery of support items)
- Ensure all talent content meets disclosure and market regulatory requirements
- Compile talent performance reports
5. Events & Launch Support
- Plan logistics and support on-site execution for product launches, trade shows and activations
- Coordinate event vendors, stock, merchandise and permits with internal teams and agencies
6. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports covering impressions, leads, promoter activity, talent performance and spend
- Monitor competitor activity across web, social and trade in T1 markets
- Store all work outputs in approved company systems (ERPNext, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ClickUp)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience
- 0–3 years in marketing, ideally in trade marketing, FMCG, consumer goods or an agency
- Internship, campus or freelance work in marketing, events or social media will be considered
- Experience working with influencers or KOLs is an advantage
- Experience running rewards, loyalty or incentive programmes is an advantage
- Exposure to campaigns across more than one market is an advantage
Skills
- Well organised, with strong follow-through; familiar with ClickUp or similar tools (or quick to learn them)
- Comfortable with numbers and reporting (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Clear written and spoken English; able to write clear, sharp creative briefs
- Basic understanding of vendor coordination and budget tracking
- Strong attention to detail, especially on brand guidelines and advertising rules
- Social media savvy, with a good feel for content and trends
