Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with F&B outlets, promoting and selling a range of dry goods, frozen foods, and fresh vegetables. Focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities with restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies, and other F&B outlets.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Promote and sell dry goods, frozen food products, and fresh vegetables.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Process customer orders and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Resolve customer inquiries and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food distribution or FMCG industry.
Knowledge of dry goods, frozen foods, and fresh produce is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Possess a valid driver's license (if field sales is required).
