Admin cum Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin cum Purchasing Assistant to support our administrative, purchasing, inventory and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks, emails, phone calls and documentation.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders and goods received notes (GRN).
• Coordinate local and overseas deliveries and track shipment status.
• Maintain parts inventory and update project records accurately.
• Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders, delivery schedules and outstanding items.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing and reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on quality or delivery issues.
• Verify supplier invoices and maintain supplier price lists and payment records.
• Update project information and follow up on outstanding action items.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in administration, purchasing, procurement or logistics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Experience in purchasing semiconductor parts or technical components will be an advantage.
