Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Outram Area
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Issue cheques and process payments
Prepare tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes
Manage petty cash transactions
Prepare receipts, outgoing vouchers and journal vouchers
Process GIRO application forms from customers and vendors
Prepare bank remittance application forms
Prepare letters of credit application forms
Handle stationery and paper cost apportionment
Respond to enquiries from the Department of Statistics
Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Level 3, or an equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates with an accounting qualification are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage
Meticulous, organised and able to work independently as well as in a team
