Role Overview
Support daily IT operations across the office, retail outlets and warehouse. Gain hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, Point of Sales(POS) support, Microsoft 365, IT asset management and business applications while working closely with the IT team.

Key Responsibilities

·      Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, POS terminals and peripherals.

·      Prepare, configure and deploy IT equipment for new and existing users.

·      Documentation and record management of hardware and software.

·      Support retail outlets with POS and basic network troubleshooting.

·      Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment lifecycle records.

·      Assist with Microsoft 365 user setup and basic application support.

·      Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/ LS Central troubleshooting and testing.

·      Assist with Microsoft Power Automate workflows.

·      Provide IT support during company events and general IT projects.

Job Requirements

·      Pursuing a NITEC or Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.

·      Available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months.

·      Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware and Microsoft 365 Applications.

·      Interest in hands-on IT support and problem-solving.

·      Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

·      Willing to travel to retail outlets and support company events when required.
