Transport Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise container haulage operations (import/export), ensuring smooth fleet movement, timely dispatch, and collection of containers.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers, shipping lines, forwarding agents, and port authorities. Provide timely updates, resolve inquiries, and highlight urgent jobs to avoid detention/demurrage.
• Ensure accuracy of ROT/RFT entries, maintain audit‑ready documentation, and enforce compliance with HSEQ/HSSE standards.
• Prepare daily fleet movement summaries, weekly operational reports, and monthly KPI/compliance records for management review.
• Maintain strong customer communication and timely updates to avoid detention/demurrage.
• Provide backup support to planners/co‑planners when required.
• Supervise documentation/admin staff, guide planners/co‑planners, and conduct driver briefings to maintain discipline, attendance, and safety compliance.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and at least 3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain/Transport/Haulage/Logistics.
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Availability to resolve operational issues outside of business hours.
• Willing to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

• Supply Chain/Transport/Logistic: 3 years (Preferred)
