Involve in pre and post contracts management process. Responsibility shall include the following:

• Assist in preparation and calling of tender, conducting site show-round, evaluation and recommendation of tenders to Clients.

• Assist in drafting and preparing of contractual and costing matter ensuring compliance with relevant laws

• Liaise and coordinate with contracts, vendors, clients, users, project and operation teams and consultants on the contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.

• Manage contracts including verifying the progress and variation payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.

• Manage and prepare contract documentations and agreements, as well as to provide support and assist in drafting of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements

• Time to time assist to review and implement contract administration procedures and policies.

• Require interpreting drawings and specifications to perform quantity take-off if needed.

• Perform on contractual matters, tendering and procurement procedures (e.g. Contracts, cost control, cash flow, project budgeting, administrations, claims and cost analysis)

• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims

• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in work and adjust budget projections accordingly

• Prepare and finalization of main and subcontracts

• Experience in Building Facilities Maintenance and A&A works related Contract
