HR / TRAININGADMINISTRATION – ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES

We are assisting our clients with ongoing recruitment for Human Resources and Training Administration positions across Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Providing administrative support for HR and training activities

• Maintaining employee and training records

• Coordinating interviews, appointments and training sessions

• Preparing HR and training-related documents

• Assisting with onboarding and staff administration

• Updating HR systems and databases

• Coordinating attendance, course registration and training logistics

• Liaising with employees, trainers and external parties where required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Administration or a related discipline will be considered

• Relevant HR or training administration experience will bean advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Able to handle confidential information appropriately

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications where required

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week

• Work locations are island wide and will depend on the specific position

• Salary will be commensurate with the job scope, relevant qualifications, skills, experience and prevailing market rates

• Working hours and employment duration will vary according to the specific position
