Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
• Position Title: Company Driver (Executive & Errand Support)
• Working Location: Tuas Industrial Estate
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (One Sat per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM))
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Run errands as instructed by the Managing Director while maintaining efficiency and discretion.
• Pick up and drop off guests safely and on time.
• Drive safely, efficiently and courteously while ensuring passenger and vehicle safety.
• Keep the vehicle clean, properly maintained and regularly serviced, including monitoring fuel usage and petrol cash cards.
• Ensure the vehicle meets safety requirements and remains in good driving condition.
• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents and other items as required.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• At least 5 years of professional driving experience with a valid driving licence and good driving record.
• Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic laws and local routes.
• Experience driving different types of vehicles, including premium vehicles.
• Able to keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe and well maintained.
• Good communication skills and able to interact professionally with executives, guests and other stakeholders.
• Responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable assisting with errands and appointments and working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
