Need experience in Insurance domain and should have min 1year working as Test manager.

Lead and manage end-to-end software testing and QA activities across projects.

Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules aligned with business requirements.

Manage SIT, UAT, regression, functional, integration, and system testing.

Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Track defects, risks, issues, and test progress using tools such as JIRA or similar.

Manage testing teams, allocate resources, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely completion of testing milestones.

Drive QA processes, standards, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Prepare and present test status reports, metrics, and quality dashboards to stakeholders and management.

Ensure applications meet functional, performance, security, and business quality standards before release.
