Part- Time Service crew

Overview:

The Service Crew assists with tasks assigned by the store i/c and ensures that all guests are happy and welcome during their visit through excellent product knowledge, presentation, and communication.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Ensure every customer feels welcome to the place

-Provide excellent and friendly service to customers

-Ensure accurate and professional delivery of food and beverages

-Willing to go the extra mile for customers while gaining the respect and camaraderie of customers

-Ensure cleanliness and high hygiene standards of all service areas and equipment

Requirements:

- Excellent attitude, friendly personality and hardworking

- Good interpersonal skills so as to build good working relationships with guests, colleagues, managers

- Attentive to details and meticulous to ensure smooth operations with minimal errors

- Passionate about service, culture, food and drinks
