Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily line operations – assign tasks, monitor output, and ensure SOP compliance
- Maintain product quality and workflow efficiency
- Conduct on-the-job training for production operators
- Enforce safety and workplace cleanliness (5S/7S)
- Track attendance, discipline, and worker performance
- Resolve production issues and minimise downtime
- Prepare daily production reports
- Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams
- Carry out other duties as assigned
About you
- SPM/Diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years in manufacturing; team leader experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work shifts and overtime when required

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
