Job Description

• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Assist customers with suitable payment arrangements.
• Negotiate debt settlements professionally.
• Monitor overdue accounts and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in collection, credit control, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle customers professionally, including challenging cases.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
