Welcome customers and provide a great shopping experience
Recommend books, stationery & products based on customer needs
Handle cashiering, payments & transactions accurately
Support sales activities and achieve store targets
Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays
Assist with inventory checks and daily store operations
Keep the store clean, organized & welcoming
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Customer-focused and friendly personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, proactive & a strong team player
Retail/cashier experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable working weekends & public holidays
