Job Summary

Lead transformation initiatives across IT Procurement, including IT Hardware, Software Licensing, and IT Vendor Management, with a focus on strategic sourcing, cost optimization, data analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze procurement, spend, market, and cost data to identify savings and optimization opportunities.

· Drive strategic sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiations, and supplier selection.

· Manage IT vendors, including performance, pricing, compliance, and delivery.

· Drive Capex and Opex savings and prepare savings reports using Power BI.

· Conduct TCO, spend, market, and risk analysis and apply the Kraljic Matrix.

· Manage sourcing projects through ERP systems and support procurement automation/digitization.

· Manage stakeholders, contracts, risks, and procurement compliance.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.

· 10–12 years of total experience and extensive experience in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Analytics, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.

· Strong experience in IT procurement, sourcing, negotiations, vendor management, and cost savings.

· Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

· Experience with Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· CPSM/CIPS certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
