Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across international markets
• Act as the key coordination point between HQ and regional marketing teams
• Guide regional teams on GTM, campaign planning, KOL strategy, community growth, and user acquisition
• Proactively identify and propose new growth ideas, campaign concepts, and market opportunities
• Take full ownership of key marketing initiatives from strategy and concept through launch, optimization, and results analysis
• Lead and optimize KOL / influencer campaigns and partnerships
• Support regional launches, promotions, partnerships, and market-entry initiatives
• Develop localized marketing approaches based on market insights and user behavior
• Track performance across acquisition, engagement, retention, trading activity, and ROI
• Improve regional marketing processes, SOPs, playbooks, and execution standards
• Work closely with Product, BD, Operations, Community, and other internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Previous experience working for a crypto exchange is mandatory
• Strong experience across multiple international or regional markets
• Proven experience in regional marketing strategy, GTM, and user acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience in KOL / influencer marketing
• Solid experience in community growth, social media, and crypto user engagement
• Proven ability to take ownership of campaigns from idea and planning through execution, optimization, and performance review
• Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to generate fresh marketing ideas and translate them into executable plans
• Strong understanding of crypto/Web3, trading users, acquisition funnels, retention, and community-driven growth
• Experience coordinating with regional Marketing Managers, local teams, BD, Product, Community, and external partners
• Strong planning, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proactive, energetic, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
