We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join the Client Operations team within the Global Markets Division. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to learn how financial markets and trading operations work.

You will be part of a collaborative team that supports institutional clients, manages risk, and ensures smooth, accurate transaction processing. You’ll gain broad exposure to financial products, internal stakeholders, and core operational processes—great for building a strong foundation in finance, operations, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations for complex financial instruments, ensuring accurate transaction processing and alignment with business needs

• Assist with monitoring compliance metrics, preparing reports, and helping identify areas for process improvement

• Help identify operational risks or inconsistencies, working with team members to resolve issues and improve efficiency

• Verify trade details and system accuracy to ensure full understanding of trade economics and procedural standards

• Collaborate closely with internal teams: Sales, Trading, Compliance, Settlements, Middle Office, and Senior Management

• Provide support for client service activities, acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and stakeholder needs

• Contribute to small workflow enhancements and process improvements to boost speed, accuracy, and control

• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk policies, and operational timelines

• Assist in resolving operational exceptions and issues in a timely manner

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field

• Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships, part-time roles, or entry-level work in finance/operations are welcome)

• Skills: Highly tech-savvy—quick to learn new systems, tools, and workflows; strong analytical mindset; detail-oriented; excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Traits: Proactive, adaptable to change, able to prioritize work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to accuracy and integrity
