Instructional Designer

We are looking for an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, effective, and high-quality learning materials for our educational programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials, course content, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Develop engaging digital learning content for ODL/e-learning programs.
• Collaborate with lecturers, subject matter experts, and academic teams.
• Review and enhance existing learning materials to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
• Ensure course content aligns with academic and quality standards.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects and meet deadlines.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of online learning programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or educational content development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS): 1 year (Preferred)
• Familiar with Moodle : 1 year (Preferred)
• Familiar with Self-Instructional Materials (SIM): 1 year (Preferred)
• Familiar with instructional design models and frameworks: 1 year (Preferred)
