Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper filing, version control, and distribution of documents to relevant parties
• Coordination with Consultant and Clients for documentation.
• Circulate key drawings or reports safely to appropriate departments, contractors, or clients.
• Coordinate document submission, distribution, and archival processes to meet project deadlines
• Manage all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle
• Review incoming or outgoing items for completeness, naming accuracy, and corporate protocol adherence.

Requirement:

• Min 3 of relevant experience in document control in construction projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
