· Carries out work permit application, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers in a timely manner

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company software and profile management

· Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc

· Handles on-boarding of workers including offer letter, bank opening, update their detail into system and personal files

· Handles off-boarding of workers including exit clearance

· Checking through workers attendance, update of leave application etc before processing payroll

· Preparation of payroll and costing report

· Apply government grant

· Constantly monitoring of workers passport expiry; CSOC expiry and renew accordingly

· Follows up on foreign worker performance appraisals and updates accordingly

· Check and submit employees' leave and insurance claim

· Solve in-app issue and monitor for further improvement

· Assist external talent sourcing and hiring for the entities assigned

· Provide support across the HR functions and any other duties as assigned.
