Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works
- Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director
- Implement cost control measures to meet project budget
- Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan.
- Liaising with consultants on design analysis, design work, design check for approval and to resolve technical issues on site.
- Site inspection for civil work, which includes excavation ,structural, casting and ensure that the work is executed as per the projects specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities.
- Ensure worker carried out meet out quality standards and contractual requirements.
- To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of project environment experience
- Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skill.
- Superior civil, structural, or architectural engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical and plumbing trades
- Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computer based tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
