Responsibilities

Guest & Resort Shoots

• Photograph guests, families, and events with a friendly, professional approach that makes subjects feel relaxed.
• Become senior photographers taking care of weddings, corporate events, and seasonal campaigns.

Post-Production & Asset Management

• Edit and retouch images to brand standards using Lightroom and Photoshop or similar tools.
• Organise files, back up originals, and deliver labelled assets for marketing and client review.
• Prepare galleries and basic slideshows for guest delivery and resort social channels.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across shoots and follow feedback from the creative lead.

Sales & Guest Engagement

• Assist with on-site upsell of photo packages and explain rights and pricing clearly to guests.
• Coordinate scheduling with reception and events staff to maximise shoot opportunities.
• Represent the brand positively while interacting with guests and collaborating with resort teams.
• Support small marketing projects such as content planning, set dressing, and simple storyboard execution.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or applicants with 0 years of experience are welcome; portfolio or practice shoots will be considered.
• Certificate or diploma in photography, media, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working on-site at resort locations with flexible hours including weekends and public holiday.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and interchangeable lenses, including low-light shooting.
• Familiarity with organising digital assets, simple colour correction, and basic editing
• Basic understanding of composition, exposure, lighting setups, and guest portrait posing.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication skills in English and any additional language is an advantage, with patience when guiding guests.
• Team oriented attitude, energetic presence, and willingness to learn from feedback on set.
• Sales-minded when presenting photo options, while remaining friendly and non-pushy to guests.
• Reliable time management and attention to detail to meet delivery deadlines and maintain file organisation.

This Photographer role focuses on creating strong visual content for our resort clients, improving guest engagement through photos, and supporting marketing and on-ground events. You will learn practical skills fast and be part of a small team that values teamwork and clear communication.
