About the role (Office: Quill 9)

This role supports the Total Rewards group by providing data, information, and administrative support to address problems, solve questions, and analyze efficiency and effectiveness across total rewards systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Become expert on the system/s supporting the Total Rewards group

• Provide data/information to the Total Rewards lead, Total Rewards specialist and Total Rewards Center of Excellence as needed to address problems, solve questions or analyze efficiency or effectiveness

• Perform tasks in support of the Total Rewards in accordance with standard operating procedures, including processing transactions in Workday or other systems, scheduling meetings, venues or travel

• Manage associates Benefits enrolment

• Attend to associates benefits related enquiries including Medical claim and Compensation related enquiries

• Administer Insurance payment processing

• Administer associates One Time Pay, allowances and data consolidation for payroll processing

• Manage associates Workpass renewal

• Support special projects

• Provide support to the Customer Interaction Center as required, including systems navigation and call script support

About you

• High School or Equivalent; Associate's Degree or equivalent or related specialized courses preferred

• Experience working in a Shared services environment

• Previous experience as a systems super-user

• Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently

• Excellent organization skills

• Ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to independently compose routine written communications

• Workday experience is strongly desirable
