· Report to SM/DOS, ASM/ADOS.

· Liaise with all other hotel departments and operations.

· Keep files in order and up to date.

· Responsible for recording and submitting security Personnel’s daily time sheet.

· To assist Safety & Security Manager in related jobs as and when requested.

· Responsible to update daily attendance record on daily basis.

· Update and record all the Outgoing Docket to the database system.

· Update all the keys via both key watcher and manual system

· Perform all post duties and assignments strictly according to the directions and supervision of the shift security service leader (supervisor.)

· Maintain the highest levels of security; safety and guest service standards throughout the tour of duty for all hotel guests, patrons, visitors and hotel associates in accordance with established hotel policies.

· Comply strictly to the hotel codes of conduct.

· Adhere to the provisions outlined in the associates’ handbook and hotel code of ethics.

· Safeguard all information relating to the hotel, guests and corporate.

· Project an impeccable professional, confident, efficient and reassuring image to all hotel guests, patrons, visitors and colleagues alike.

· Meet or exceed established grooming standards.

· Be in possession of all specified appointments.

· Perform established duties and assignments required at each respective posting.

· To preserve and maintain the highest standards of security, safety and service for the hotel guests, patrons, visitors, employees and the protection of all assets (tangible and intangible.)

· Environmental care by re-using, recycling, or selling waste; conserves water and energy at all available opportunities and maintain clean surroundings of all hotel areas, including the security control room.
