Develop a strong understanding of communication surveillance business objectives, compliance requirements, and platform functionality.

Work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, technology teams, vendors, and CTB teams to capture and clarify requirements.

Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, operational requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Champion production readiness and License to Operate requirements for new releases, enhancements, and platform changes.

Coordinate with production support and change teams to ensure support model, monitoring, documentation, access, capacity, resilience, and recovery requirements are in place before go-live.

Track risks, issues, dependencies, enhancements, and business priorities through JIRA or equivalent tools.

Maintain clear documentation in Confluence, including process flows, operating models, support procedures, business rules, and stakeholder updates.

Support vendor coordination, escalation management, project follow-ups, and delivery tracking.

Prepare stakeholder presentations, status updates, operational metrics, and management reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and other reporting tools.

Take ownership of assigned initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
