Your Role
You will support the team with:
Coordinating client appointments and meetings
Managing schedules, records and documentation
Preparing reports, presentations and meeting materials
Following up on administrative matters
Assisting with client and team communications
Supporting team events and business activities
Assisting with social media and simple content coordination
Working with internal departments when required
Providing day-to-day support to the advisory team
