Job Summary
We are seeking a communications professional to lead public relations and corporate communications initiatives across Southeast Asia, with a focus on media relations in Singapore. The role will cover regional PR strategy, agency management, corporate and internal communications, as well as sustainability communications and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Regional & Singapore Public Relations
Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies across Southeast Asia.
Manage media relations and outreach activities in Singapore.
Oversee the development of press releases, media materials, stories and executive communications.
Support product launches, campaigns and PR activations.
Collaborate with country teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution across markets.
Manage regional PR agencies, monitor performance against agreed KPIs, and evaluate media coverage and campaign outcomes.
Sustainability Communications & Reporting
Coordinate the regional sustainability reporting process with internal and external stakeholders.
Consolidate, review and validate sustainability data from different markets to ensure accuracy and consistency with applicable reporting requirements.
Support the preparation, review and validation of sustainability report content.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to support the timely completion of sustainability-related activities.
Internal & Corporate Communications
Plan and manage internal communications, including regular newsletters and employee communications.
Support the development of corporate messaging and executive communications.
Develop communications materials for key spokespersons, including briefing documents, interview talking points and Q&A materials.
Ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external communications.
Key Requirements
Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in PR, communications or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in media relations and communications planning.
Experience managing PR or communications agencies and external partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working across multiple markets or with regional stakeholders is an advantage.
Strong project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
