Operations Supervisor, Shipping

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship and job Coordination
• Supervise and co-ordinate all work carried out by Ops Team in accordance to company policy
• Ensure all information, communication and correspondences relating to port calls are properly maintained in job files, MSand archived into Shipping business application (GAC Agent).
• Ensure the timely delivery of all job files to the DA dept for invoicing
• Assign vessels and jobs to Ops team fairly.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the Ops Team and prepared to work long and irregular hours.
• Coordinating all operations with each designated ops executive to ensure successful jobcompletion.
