Guest Service

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.

Taking Orders

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Record orders using the restaurant POS system or manual order system.

Food & Beverage Service

Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.

Ensure correct presentation and portion of food before serving.

Table & Restaurant Preparation

Set tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other items.

Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.

Billing & Payment

Prepare and present bills accurately when requested.

Process cash, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM1,700.00 per month
