Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Shipbuilding)
Position Title: Accounts Assistant
Working Location: Pioneer Sector (Transport Provided)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm. (Alternative Sat))
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Support the finance team with accounting tasks
Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, tax filing, billing, payroll, and data entry.
Work on specific areas like accruals, fixed assets, and preparing monthly and yearly accounts for audits.
Assist in preparing basic financial statements and trial balances.
Participate in finance-related projects and test new systems when needed.

Minimum NITEC or Diploma in related discipline.
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting role
Efficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
