Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: FMCG Wholesaler
Position Title: Warehouse/Delivery Assistant
Working Location: West – Tuas (Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.30am - 4.45pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Rotational of duties like delivery assistant or labelling assistant
Safely prepare packing materials; efficiently pack, unpack, and relocate goods
Organize shipments for both incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse
Accurately receive inbound cargo, sorting and storing received merchandise as directed by the WMS work orders
Handle warehouse stock by receiving, picking, unloading, labelling, and storing products
Conduct inventory checks and maintain high quality standards
Report any inconsistencies or discrepancies found during operations

Preferably 1 year of working experience in related field
Training is provided to inexperience candidate
Familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system is a plus
Have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge is an advantage
Able to handle physical work and manual carton lifting (up to 15 kg) as well as stand for long period of time
Able to commit OT due to delay of deliveries
