Job Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cashless and cash payments.
Prepare and serve shaved ice desserts according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in presentation and taste.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, preparation counters, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety standards.
Replenish ingredients, packaging, and supplies, and report low stock levels to the supervisor.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the shop, cleaning, and basic equipment checks.
