Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Advertising Media
Position Title: Project Marketing Executive
Working Location: Chinatown
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am-6pm)
Salary Package: Basic up to $3,800 + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects with external clients and internal teams (account servicing, accounting, and studio)
Coordinate with these teams to ensure a smooth final output and delivery
Prepare project reports and creative proposals
Speak with customers and the public (in person or by phone) to support research activities
Gather detailed insights through email and other communication channels
Lead and guide a team

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
Experience in digital marketing or similar roles; degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Autopilot, Lemlist)
At least 1 year of marketing management experience, with proven skills in digital marketing, communications, and brand management
At least 1 year of project management experience
Strong interpersonal skills and good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
