Position Title: Front Desk Officer / Executive
Working Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Shift Work
Salary Package: Up to $2,700
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized service to guests, promptly handling their requests to ensure a seamless stay experience.
Perform cashiering duties and carefully check the cash float.
Answer incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Promote and participate in the upselling program.
Attend to guest inquiries regarding transportation, directions, restaurant reservations, and more.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
