Job Description

Position Title: Senior Technician/ Associate Equipment Engineer
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shift
Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Shift Allowances + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Conduct troubleshooting and carry out repairs on semiconductor production equipment.
Design and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce machine downtime.
Oversee maintenance and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless implementation.
Assess and propose new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and process performance.
Guide and support juniors in building their technical skills.
Contribute to the enhancement of maintenance protocols and best practices.
Work closely with external equipment providers to troubleshoot issues and strengthen system reliability.

Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of technical experience in Semiconductor industry
Able to troubleshoot and fix complex equipment issues.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment on a 12-hour rotating schedule.
Willing to commit overtime when necessary to meet production demands.
