Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: General Practitioner Clinic
Position Title: Clinic Assistant
Working Location: Island wide
Working Hours: 5 days (Rotating Shift)
Salary Package: Basic salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Register patients and manage appointments
Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and procedures
Prepare and maintain clean consultation rooms and equipment
Dispense medication and provide basic instructions
Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims
Answer calls and enquiries, provide information on clinic services
Keep patient records updated and confidential
Support daily operations, inventory, and admin tasks
Maintain customer service and follow clinic policies

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage
Able to use basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems, etc.)
Responsible, organized, and able to work as part of a team
Customer service-oriented, with a friendly and patient attitude
Willing to work flexible hours or shifts as required
